In this role, you will be responsible for handling various incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize computer systems to process customer requests, update account information, and document interactions
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
• Follow established scripts and procedures to deliver consistent service to customers
• Meet or exceed call volume and quality goals on a daily basis

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
