Join us as a Regional Director of Clinical Services, overseeing and guiding our clinical team in our Mississippi/Louisiana communities to deliver exceptional care and services to residents and their families. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with policies and regulations, drive quality assurance, and support the financial performance of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise clinicians, ensuring high-quality care delivery and adherence to policies.
• Conduct routine quality assurance reviews to maintain excellent resident care standards.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and expense management for optimal financial performance.
• Coordinate annual pre-survey processes for assisted living residences and skilled care centers.
• Act as a resource for clinical and administrative needs, supporting software training and utilization.
• Participate in surveys and investigations, guiding corrective action plans for regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary systems to maintain compliance.
• Provide insights for new project development and advise on operational enhancements.
• Identify business development opportunities aligning with the organization's mission and values.
• Represent the organization within the community and contribute to operational improvements.

 Qualifications:

• • Current valid multi-state Registered Nurse’s license.
  • 5 years of experience in senior adult and cognitive decline care.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience in healthcare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations related to senior care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
