Life Enrichment Director (Duties)

• Responsible for organizing, planning, facilitating and directing the overall operations of the resident activities programming in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Develops, recruits, manages and schedules community volunteers
• Coordinates transportation needs of the residents and for engagement activities
• Aids in community marketing efforts through tours and all marketing events
• Reports to the Executive Director
• Performs other duties consistent with position as assigned

Life Enrichment Director (Qualifications)

• High school graduate or GED
• Ability, licensure and willingness to drive the community vehicle
• Currently certified or willing to maintain CPR certification
• Recent history of care experience in senior housing setting
