Life Enrichment Assistant (Duties)

• Operates property vehicle / van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assists with the safe loading of residents on to and off property vehicle / van.
• Acts as a member of the activity staff when on outings and within the community.
• Participates in daily outings with the residents to include assistance on and off the
• vehicle / van, supervision of residents, assistance with personal care and participation in
• planned activities.
• Provides support to community’s marketing efforts through positive friendly interaction during property tours and telephone contact with the public.

CSA (Qualifications)

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Recent history of care experience in senior housing setting
• Positive and cheerful disposition
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
