Concierge (Duties)
- Reports directly to the Business Office Manager
- Greets visitors seeing information about the property. Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel. Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment.
- Answers telephones, record and channel information.
- Performs clerical duties for property staff as directed by supervisor.
- Provide assistance in the dining room serving resident meals, as requested.
- Provides support to the community’s marketing efforts
- Performs other duties consistent with the position assigned.
Concierge (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft software, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
