The City of Overland Park has seasonal Engineering Aide positions available in Public Works.
Responsibilities: Supports street infrastructure evaluation activities in the Public Works Engineering Division to include: inspection, mapping and data entry to maintain infrastructure assessment data used to plan maintenance and improvement programs.
Requirements:
High school education or GED equivalent
Current college coursework in science, technology, engineering and/or mathematics.
Possession of an appropriate valid driver's license.
Must maintain an insurable driving record.
No experience required
No City residency requirement
Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
Normal Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Mon-Fri.
Rate of Pay: $16.00/hr.
