Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
The Citadel of Bourbonnais is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the DON or Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for managing the clinical care of residents by assigning different tasks to nurses within the department ensuring nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
