The focus of the Product Strategy Director, Benefits Administration Platform Capabilities, focuses on identifying opportunities and executing strategies to enhance specific platform capabilities including: developing intuitive plan benefits insights, implementing accessible cost of care estimation tools, and streamlining claims and EOBs/EOPs, as well as a focus on simplification of authorization processes, digital payments, and the digitization of ID cards. The focused efforts will advance the company's transition to a platform centric model, ensuring a robust, user-friendly platform that aligns with the broader goal of creating a modular, reusable architecture. This is a key strategic role to help address how technology delivery is executed across over $100M annualized LOB portfolio demand (from 2023 portfolio scan).

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 158,300 - 263,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
