Smoker Friendly is seeking candidates for Store Manager in Lillington, NC.

Store Managers are responsible for every aspect of store operations including but not limited to:

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, developing and scheduling entire staff
• Covering all shifts and ensuring store is open during business hours
• Maintaining proper inventory levels in merchandise through company ordering procedures
• Complying with all security and cash handling policies and procedures
• Following and enforcing all company policies, procedures and other duties as assigned
• Reports directly to Area Supervisor
• Experience in retail, cost, inventory management, hiring, training and implementing policies required
• Must be able to work as many hours as needed and be available by phone at all times
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to stand at least eight (8) hours per day and lift 30 lbs.

Must have reliable transportation, must be able to stand for entire shift and lift 30 lbs.
