The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with daily jobsite functions including, Request for Information (RFI) and submittal processing, daily reports, material procurement and delivery tracking, and monitoring project safety requirements. May also be asked to manage composite cleanup crews and monitor small portions of the work.

Work Environment and Physical Demands: The majority of work is completed outside at the construction site and in an office trailer where the project is monitored, and daily decisions are made about construction activities.
The position is often exposed to sounds and loud noises, such as construction equipment. The job requires the wearing of protective equipment when on the construction site (hardhats, safety glasses, and highly visible clothing). Temperatures and conditions may vary depending on the weather and seasons.
