Description

Work at a 280 room timeshare/resort hotel in the Vail Valley; home of the world renowned Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts! Facilitate processing and posting of various owner activities, including but not limited to: unit sales, title transfers, book reservations (owner and guest), payment posting and reconciliation, filing and sales inventory management and proactively communicate with owners and guests. Receptionist duties for vacation and owner services ordering office supplies assist guest/owner visits as appropriate. Excellent benefits, 401(k) match and bonus potential! Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or timeshare experience is preferred.
• Typing and related office support experience.
• Strong customer service with focus on phone etiquette.
• Basic accounting and basic title experience is preferred
• Fluency in English (verbal, written and reading) is required.
