We are looking to employ a dedicated and hard-working window cleaning technician to clean the windows and glass surfaces of various buildings. You must be comfortable working at high heights and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. As a successful window cleaning technician, you should be knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and have a good sense of balance. Ultimately, an outstanding window cleaning technician should be able to safely operate lift equipment as well as demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate arrives to work on time, is familiar with effective window cleaning tools and techniques, and ensures clients are satisfied with the cleanliness of their windows. One year of window cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to reach high windows and complete cleaning tasks.
• Remove dirt, dust, and other debris from window sills, frames, and tracks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and guidelines are followed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in window cleaning or related field (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred, but not required).
