Responsibilities:

  • Perform installations of chimney systems and components, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints for accurate installation and repair of chimney structures.
  • Execute installations for chimney ventilation and exhaust systems, following all safety protocols.
  • Utilize a wide range of power and hand tools to efficiently complete installation and repair tasks.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed projects to guarantee quality and safety compliance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any installation issues, providing effective solutions to maintain functionality and safety.

Qualifications & Education:

  • A High School diploma or GED, and a college degree are pluses but not required.
  • Clean and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Willingness and physical capability to set and climb a 32ft ladder, following safety protocols.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in challenging spaces like attics and crawlspaces.
  • Ability to carry up to 80 lb. on the ground.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on residential customer interactions.
  • Experience in residential construction or service, with a knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • A positive, team-building attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
