The Children’s Center of Cicero-Berwyn is Hiring a Family service worker Near Berwyn, IL
Daily Responsibilities :
- Recruit and enroll families into the program.
- Provide resources and referrals that meet family needs.
- Assist families in setting and achieving goals.
- Maintain accurate family information regarding health, disabilities, and family partnerships.
- Provide general support to families and program staff.
Qualifications :
- Credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Computer skills (required).
- Knowledge of Head Start is a plus.
Benefits :

- Sick time off 5 days upon hire; 10 days at completion of 1st year.
- Personal time off 2 days upon completion of 1st year.

Vacation Time :
- 2 weeks’ vacation (10 days) is given at winter break upon hire.
- 3 weeks (15 days) upon completion of 1st year.
- Additional vacation time with additional years in services to full-time employees.

Currently, services are available in person AND virtually. The Children's Center of Cicero-Berwyn currently serves more than 950 families in Cicero, Berwyn and the surrounding communities.
All programs are bilingual (Spanish / English).
