Description

We are currently looking for a Full Time IT Client Technology Analyst I to join our IT Client Services Unit 1 team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:

The IT Client Technology Analyst I provides on-site and remote support for client hardware and software technology products and solutions to meet the technical and business outcomes of Chickasaw Nation Department of Health customers. Supports technology services across multiple delivery platforms to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services that add value to internal and external customers. Provides Tier II support per request from Client Integration & Architecture, Service Center, Systems Administration, Network, or other IT teams as needed. Responds to Tier I support requests from other IT teams. They resolve incidents and tasks using the Service Now environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides advice on designs for application solutions, including design reviews, planning, development and resolving technical issues
  • Plans, designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains desktop applications and/or multi-user databases that facilitate the timely, efficient and accurate collection, analysis and management of key clinical data in support of process improvement activities, internal/external reporting requirements and emerging healthcare-related initiatives
  • Collaborates with technical teams to ensure proactive support
  • Configures, supports, and maintains client systems and Web-based applications
  • Work with service desk, Lan/Wan, Systems Administration, Applications Support, and other IT groups to streamline user-facing Client Services
  • Participates in testing and evaluation of new hardware, software packages, product releases and implementation prototypes as required
  • Serves as point-person for all issues involving the technical aspects of the assigned programs or tools and executes timely resolutions
  • Supports multiple Agile Scrum and/or waterfall projects with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities
  • Identifies, implements, completes integrated testing, and communicates requested changes to the Epic system
  • Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
  • Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
  • Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
