Description
We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Facility Specialist to join our Community Center Team A team located at the Marshall County Community Center working .
Summary:
Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for tribal offices, restrooms and corridors to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

- May provide break coverage for others as assigned
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
- Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
- Cleans assigned area
- Cleans and sweeps floors
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
- May empty ash trays
- Disposes of trash
- May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
- Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
- Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
- Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested
- Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls, maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptacles
- Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Maintains equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks and replenish supplies and keep simple records of work performed and materials used
- Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals
- Uses buffer, extractor, etc. for heavy duty cleaning applications
- All other duties as assigned
