Hybrid Role (Partially Onsite-Partially Remote): We are currently seeking a Full-Time Business Intelligence Developer to join our Epic Department at the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health. Hybrid office locations in Ada, OK and Plano, TX.

Summary:

Responsible for creating analytics content for end users and third parties who require Epic data. The BID can write reports for several related smaller applications. Specific assignments will vary depending on the scope and application mix.

Epic Applications: Caboodle, Clarity, Cogito and Cosmos Certification - Must be completed within 90 days of position hire.

Responsibilities:
* Configures and test Epic-released and Epic Foundation System content for all applications, including: Reporting Workbench SlicerDicer data models Radar dashboards Cogito SQL
* Meets with Cogito business analysts (CBAs) and report requesters to understand their data needs
* Identifies and reviews the appropriate technological solutions for various reporting needs
* Writes SQL and configures Radar settings for custom SQL metrics
* Modifies existing reports as needed, distributes reports to report consumers and reviews reports by peers
* Works with subject matter experts to understand the needs of data consumers
* Maintains the Analytics Catalog and associated metadata records
* Responsible for testing report build in a specified testing environment and volume testing in live environments
* Reviews upgrade documentation related to Clarity and Caboodle features and determine how to implement the changes
* Builds and maintains Epic: Cubes Extracts SlicerDicer custom filters Third-party BI tools
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types

- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.

Pay: $97,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year
