Summary
Set in the luxurious Adirondack-style Main Lodge of The Chatwal Lodge, Catskills, our Bell Ambassadors are responsible for partnering with our Front Service team to provide a luxury guest experience.
As a boutique, luxury property with 14 keys, the guest services team at The Chatwal Lodge is a tight-knit and dynamic group and utilizes team-style service each day. Candidates will be expected to participate in all areas of Front Office. Interested applicants enthusiastic to learn should not be deterred; training in all areas of the Front Office department will be provided to the benefit of expanding your skillset and elevating the service we are able to provide our guests.
Duties & Functions

• Greet guest arriving/ departing guest.
• Load/ Unload luggage from guest vehicles.
• Deliver luggage and amenities/gifts to guest room.
• Provide guest with orientation of the property and its activities/amenities.
• Provide guest with orientation of guest room and its amenities.
• Provide guest with filled ice bucket.
• Drive guest to and from guest room via gulf cart.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Pay Range: $15.00- $18.00; this is a non- tipped role with an all-inclusive resort.

Orange County, NY is located 40 minutes away.
Pike County, PA is located 40 minutes away.
Wayne, PA is located 40 minutes away.
Beach Lake, PA is located 25 minutes away.
Monticello, NY 15-20 minutes away.

Qualifications
Must have a High School Degree or Equivalent
Must have NYS Driver’s License
Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
Must be able to stand long period of time and walk long distances.
Must be able to bend, pull, push upwards of 50 lbs.
Must be willing to become First Aid & CPR Certified
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Maintains current knowledge of the Chatwal Lodge culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest.
Maintain high level of cleaning standards and organization.
Provide prompt and efficient service in a timely manner.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
All other tasks and duties as assigned.
