Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC is looking to hire a full-time GreenLea Team Leader. The GreenLea Team Leader works under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Center Ventures with the focus of supervising and assisting 2-3 Crew Members in performing lawn maintenance and landscaping of the Charles Lea Center main campus, Charles Center homes Lea Industries,

providing innovative assistive and enabling technology options to support adults where they live, work and play.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF GreenLea Team Leader

As the GreenLea Team Leader, you will supervise/assist 2-3 crew members perform lawn maintenance and landscaping of the Charles Lea Center main campus, Charles Lea Industries, Charles Lea homes, and contracted locations. Provide excellent customer service, transport supported individuals in the center vehicle. And other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR GreenLea Team Leader

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to drive large pickup truck and tow an equipment trailer
• Operate Zero Turn lawn mower and other lawn equipment
• Lift 50 pounds
• Prior groundskeeping experience strongly preferred
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire
