The Chamberlain Group, a pioneer in designing and manufacturing lifelike anatomy for surgical and interventional training, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our passionate team. Our proprietary polymer formations closely resemble living tissue, allowing clinical practitioners and medical device professionals to practice, innovate and demonstrate effectively. We collaborate with medical device manufacturers and teaching hospitals in over 60 countries, spanning various medical disciplines and procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Medical Training Models, including their features, applications, and benefits.
· Lead Generation: Seek and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
· Opportunity Management: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients.
· Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product portfolio as well as opportunity for new product development.
· Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
· Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales.
Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
· Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
· Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
· Additional Experience: Medical Device Industry experience a plus; though not required. Understanding medical terminology and functions is helpful; though not required. Basic prior use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
Target Markets:
· Medical Device Companies: Collaborate with manufacturers to integrate our models into their clinical training programs and their in-the-field sales and marketing activities.
· Teaching Hospitals and Medical Institutions: Engage with clinical practitioners from around the world, supporting them in their training objectives by inserting our models into their simulation training programs.
Pay:
· $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annual salary commission/bonus opportunities
