The Centers is Hiring an Intensive Home-Based Treatment Therapist - VIRTUAL Open Interviews Near Cleveland, OH
The Centers is seeking Full-time Intensive Home-Based Treatment Therapists to provide intensive services to a small caseload of 5-6 youth, that are diagnosed with emotional and/or behavioral problems, and their families, with the goal of either preventing out-of-home placement or facilitating a successful transition back to the home. The IHBT Therapist is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, individual and family counseling, therapeutic behavioral support/care coordination, and crisis intervention and stabilization. Services are provided within the community and home with the availability of telehealth as clinically indicated. Smaller caseloads allow for more personal attention to individual clients to promote improved outcomes. Job QualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work, or Counseling with an LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC in good standing in the state of OhioA valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio with access to an insured vehicle for client transportation.
