Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve engaging with children in various activities, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their development.

Duties:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in our program
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Create a safe and secure environment for children, following all safety protocols
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and other basic care needs
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment
- Follow established policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or babysitting preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and promote positive discipline techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood education is a plus
