• Verify eligibility, benefits, and referral requirements of the patient's insurance plans by utilizing various online programs and resources.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and patients as needed regarding coverage, benefits and financials.
• Handle all incoming referrals effectively and efficiently.
• Accurately enter appointments into scheduling system.
