The Center for Pediatric Excellence, PLLC (CPE) is looking for a self motivated and well organized leader to be the full time Practice Manager. This means to effectively perform as the leader, the head of operations and analytics, as well as, the short and long term visionary of CPE. You will be expected to perform this while maintaining a positive attitude with an uplifting and outgoing spirit. The CPE Practice Manager must have at a minimum of the following great skills: leadership, organization, communication, technical, management, and analytics for a diverse family oriented pediatric/medical office practice. Lastly, the Practice Manager must be grounded and believe great and quality customer service is just as important as achieving the annual budget.
Jobs and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Overseeing overall operations of the medical practice
-Ensuring budgets for personnel and equipment are established, monitored and achieved
-Setting goals and objectives for services, operations, budgets for the practice
-Creating a family orientated and organized pediatric office grounded in customer service and trust
-Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations
-Ensuring compliance of licensure of all medical employees
-Hiring, training, and supervising new and current employees
-Setting and managing employee work schedules
-Manage Patient Relations
-Managing billing pertaining to patient and insurance accounts
-Preparing, presenting and interpreting monthly/annual spreadsheets to shareholders
-Ensuring patient and employee records are current and accurate
-Represent the company at meetings and events
-Perform annual employee performance reviews
-Maintain medical and office supplies
-Maintain vaccines from the Vaccines for Children Program
-Meet with business/pharmaceutical representatives
-Meet with all federal/state representatives if needed
-Maintain communication between
-Financial Team/HR Coordinator
-EMR
-Revenue and Collections Coordinator
-Marketing, IT and other vendors
-Managing company social media pages
-Performs additional managerial duties as requested by CEO/Owner of CPE
-Will obtain/maintain a BLS certification
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
5 years of experience as a office manager in Pediatrics
Must have knowledge of coding/billing within a Pediatric medical practice
Must be fully immunized including the initial Covid-19 Vaccine
Must be dependable/punctual and live within a 20 mile radius of The Center
Must have experience using Apple Computers including macOS.
