The Care Team Home Health & Hospice is Hiring a RN - Home Health Near Saginaw, MI
- Administer medications and treatments according to the patient's needs and physician's orders.
- Collect and record information (e.g. blood pressure, temperature, pulse and so on).
- Monitor patients and provide emotional support.
- Assist with food and water administration.
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients under the supervision of doctors/dignitaries.
- Report any unusual symptoms or developments in patients' condition to physicians or authorities.
- Handle emergencies appropriately.
- Current and unencumbered Petoskey, MI Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- One (1) or more years of experience in a home health agency is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check to ensure no past crimes are on your record.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
