Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the bar's operations

- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures

- Oversee production and ensure high-quality standards are met

- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Assist in planning and executing reservations and events

-Assist with social media and promoting

Skills:

- Strong management skills, including drink production and inventory control

- Previous experience in a bar, kitchen or hospitality environment

- Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques and specialty drinks

- Proficient in training staff members

- Experience with cash handling procedures

- Familiarity with Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving abilities
