Salary and Benefits
Starting pay is $16.50-$20 /hour plus frequent overtime and double-overtime, providing entry level employees with an average annual salary of $42,000 / year by working 4 longs days per week. Clear path for growth and pay raises as you acquire canning line operation skills! Benefits include healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, and 401k plan with employer matching and profit sharing. Beer, wine, cider, etc., to take home at the end of the day!

Job Responsibilities
A packaging crew member or lead drives a truck and trailer to customer locations, operates packaging lines onsite, working in many different breweries, distilleries and wineries, integrating packaging with the brewing equipment and supervising the operation of runs to ensure an efficient high-quality packaging service.

Requirements

Over 21.

-Ability and willingness to drive a truck and trailer to customer locations.
- Valid driver's license and clean Driving Record.
- Reliable access to personal transportation to headquarters and to customer sites.
- Ability and willingness to troubleshoot machines and a basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work early mornings, long days, and overtime. Minimum of 4 days each week (for full-time position), mostly Monday-Friday. A few overnight trips per month are also possible.
