Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and technical expertise to manage a team of maintenance technicians effectively.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations
- Maintain and repair industrial equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment
- Schedule maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to supervise a team effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining industrial equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for equipment repairs
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance and supervising maintenance teams
