What You’ll Do

The Assistant Director will support the Director in managing the daily operations of our facility. This role is pivotal in driving membership sales, enhancing client retention, and ensuring optimal customer service and staff management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership and Staff Management:
  • Oversee and refine daily operational practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Complete all administrative work with a high degree of accuracy and reliability.

  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in facility management, sales, or customer service.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
