The Ashland Market Manager is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. The Ashland Market Manager will coordinate efforts with other branch leadership to ensure staff are continually developing skills that ensure every customer receives exceptional service every time they interact with bank staff.

Ashland Market Manager Requirements:

• Proven track record of outside sales experience preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed n fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities.
