Overview:
Join our team as a Server and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Basic math skills for order taking and cash handling
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members efficiently
