The Building People requires assistance and support to conduct field verification of the tenant spaces located at 441 G Street NW, Washington DC 20548. The requirement is essential to providing the updated and current-state information of workspaces.
The space within the facility where the census is necessary is made up of seven (7) floors that primarily consist of offices, workstations, and employee shared support spaces. In addition to the (7) floors, there is one (1) penthouse which houses building systems and facility offices; (1) basement level with parking, building systems, facility offices, and a fitness center; and (1) sub-basement level with parking, building systems, and facility offices. The gross area for the facility is 1.9 million square feet. The estimated usable square of tenant space is approximately 750,000 SF, while shared tenant/subtenant spaces are approximately 20,800, and subtenant spaces are 312,000 respectively.

  • Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.

Employee will determine by floor the following census data items:

  • Room number for each office
  • Each space’s use type (kitchenette, workstation, office, etc.)
  • Assignment status (assigned and occupied, assigned but vacant, hoteling, no designation, etc.)
  • Name of the employee assigned to the space, including organizational entity

Additional Information:

  • The employee is expected to conduct the on-site work in the building as badged personnel, relying upon subject matter experts for clarification and site access assistance where necessary
  • Census will be conducted during normal business hours
  • This is a term employment expected to run from June 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024
  • Employment is contingent on passing a government background check
