The Building People requires assistance and support to conduct field verification of the tenant spaces located at 441 G Street NW, Washington DC 20548. The requirement is essential to providing the updated and current-state information of workspaces.
The space within the facility where the census is necessary is made up of seven (7) floors that primarily consist of offices, workstations, and employee shared support spaces. In addition to the (7) floors, there is one (1) penthouse which houses building systems and facility offices; (1) basement level with parking, building systems, facility offices, and a fitness center; and (1) sub-basement level with parking, building systems, and facility offices. The gross area for the facility is 1.9 million square feet. The estimated usable square of tenant space is approximately 750,000 SF, while shared tenant/subtenant spaces are approximately 20,800, and subtenant spaces are 312,000 respectively.
