Title : Janitorial Utility Cleaner

Pay Rate : $

Hours and Days : Monday-Friday;6 : 00 am-2 : 30 pm

Location : High Point University

Managers choose responsibility based on the location assigned

Lifting Restrictions : Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively

Experience Required : 1-3 years years

This will include general cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors around machines, removing metal chips, cleaning windows and bathrooms, emptying trash and removing cardboard, cleaning storage areas outside the plant, using a pressure washer to clean concrete areas outside, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Converse) This will include setting up and breaking down event setups; moving student chairs / desks, file cabinets, rugs, and all other boxes in classrooms;

and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Sweeping and cleaning storm drains and ditches, stairwells, outside utility areas, and elevator floors.

Will also include scrubbing floors, pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning or other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
