Summary

The Brand Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions from concept to completion. The Teammate in this position will brainstorm creative concepts with project teams, developing original design concepts, executing designs based on established style guides, and participating in visual design presentations to in-house clients. The role requires the ability to organize complex information in a way that is simple, user-friendly, logical, and clear, while identifying and keeping true to the organization's branding elements.

  • Present creative concepts and designs for review and consideration.
  • Participate in the archival and organization process for managing and maintaining digital asset.
  • Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet brand standards and business goals.
  • Collaborate with key project stakeholder for design vision and goals.
  • Work with marketing team to define and follow the brand style guide, as well as campaign collateral ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
  • Gather requirements from marketing and various business users involved in the project.
  • Translate feedback and input into excellent creative, building consensus among internal stakeholders.
  • Design creative components for approved content projects. Including, but not limited to, presentations, print and digital collateral, and promotions.
  • Actively participate in concept and design of brand assets, continually refreshing assets to evolve with marketing strategy and consumer insights.
  • Design creative components of trade and retail marketing programs including, but not limited to, manager meetings collateral, in-store collateral like window clings and, brand and seasonal campaign collateral.
  • Perform production tasks including uploading backgrounds, banner, navigational elements, graphic images, icons, titles, etc.
  • Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Visual Communications & Design, Graphic Design or related field; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
