This position earns a highly competitive percentage-based wage, that is dependent upon each individual job's revenue. As your skills and efficiency become more established, you will have the opportunity to earn a higher percentage! A DAY IN THE LIFE

You start your day with a team huddle, ready to tackle the day's projects. Armed with your newfound skills and knowledge, you work alongside experienced professionals to install, repair, and clean debris from gutters to ensure client satisfaction. You will also perform shop maintenance/cleaning, aluminum recycling, and more. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to develop your expertise. You bring a positive attitude and can maintain professional interactions with both clients and team members. Your strong dedication to following safety protocols and guidelines is vital. Honesty, punctuality, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential qualities that you contribute to this role.

As an Entry Level Gutter Installer, you'll learn the ins and outs of the trade, honing your skills and making a real impact on our clients' homes. It's a dynamic and fulfilling role that keeps you engaged and excited to come to work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to climb ladders up to 40 feet high
• Able to confidently lift and handle material weighing 50 Ibs
• Experience with hand tools such as drills, hammers, and pry bars (preferred)
• The ability to measure and read measurements (preferred)
• Passion for gutters and previous experience in gutter services/installation (a plus, but not required!)

WORK SCHEDULE

This position works Monday through Friday, with weekends off (unless required to meet operational goals), and averages 35 - 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available.
