Job Title: Golf Club Concierge
Job Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Are you passionate about golf? Join our team as our Golf Club Concierge. This position will ensure member and guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. Provide members and guests with information and assistance and assist Membership Director and Director of Golf with administrative duties as needed.

What you will be doing:

• Arrange tee times for members and guests via telephone inquiries and walk ups
• Offer assistance and answers inquiries from members and guests
• Assist Director of Golf, Membership Director and Head Golf Professional with assisting members and guests with items such as Guest of Member Cards, Potential Member Tours, Parking Stickers and other items as needed by the staff
• Distribute new member packets if Membership Director is unavailable
• Assist locker room attendant with inspections of locker room as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the Golf Club lobby and front of the Club
• Assist Golf Club office with member mailings
• Obtain complete and accurate information when responding to member and guest inquiries
• Assist in operational assistance with Director of Golf and Membership Director as needed
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Offer 5 star and 5 diamond standards while offering above and beyond services to all new and existing employees.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED; or 3-6 months related experience in the Golf business.
• The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
