Job Title: Emerald Valley Ranch Cabin Attendant
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Summary:

As a member of the Emerald Valley Ranch Team, this position will be responsible for the daily cleaning of up to fifteen guest cabins and guest areas.

What you will be doing:

• Daily cleaning of guest accommodations, including: vacuuming of all carpeted areas, sweep and wash all hard floor surfaces, daily and deep-cleaning of bathrooms, making beds, perform turndown duties as assigned and remove all trash and refuse.
• Inventory/replace/reset cabin glassware, linen, towels supplies, amenities and cabin furniture
• Report any maintenance problems, turn in lost and found items and communicate guest room status of every cabin cleaned.
• Assist with delivering ice/amenities to guest rooms.
• Clean, stock and organize storage and public areas as needed.
• Assist with cleanliness of public areas including hot tubs, gazebo, walkways, patios and decks.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies/linen from the delivery truck as well as help with inventory and ordering process for new supplies.
• Deliver and remove special request items to cabins for newly arriving guests or departing guests- i.e. microwaves, pack’n’plays, etc.
• Assist Housekeeping Supervisor, Ranch Manager, Ranch Hands and guests as needed throughout the shift

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED. Previous experience working for a Guest/Dude Ranch preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License preferred in order to assist with deliveries or other related driving needs
• Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• While performing the duties of this job the employee will be at an altitude of greater than 9,000 feet which the employee will have to acclimate to daily. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time and walk; use hands to handle, grip, point, feel and reach; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds with assistance.
