The BridgeWay is looking for a dynamic behavioral health professional who is dedicated and passionate about providing quality services and care to our community. The ANS Coordinator is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team who has developed expertise in an expanded RN role within multiple settings, to include Electroconvulsive Therapy, Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization program and relief supervisor. The ANS Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of ECT to include admissions, discharges, utilization review functions, patient scheduling, ensuring program is meeting regulatory requirements and internal quality measures. The ANS Coordinator is primarily responsible for staffing/scheduling for ECT. The ANS Coordinator is responsible for auditing and educating in ECT. The ANS Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in utilization review functions, admitting patients, discharging patients, and providing coordination for the physicians within the outpatient program. This role will also assist with required audits for the ECT and PHP as assigned. The ANS Coordinator will also serve as a relief supervisor as needed.

Qualifications:
POSITION SPECIFICS: Flexible hours but must be available on M/W/F starting at 5:30am

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Licenses or Certifications:
1. Current nursing licensure in the state of Arkansas.
2. Current ACLS, CPR, and CPI certifications, or must obtain within three (3) weeks of date of hire.

Total Education, Vocational Training and Experience:
1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Minimum two (2) years psychiatric experience preferred.
3. Completion of the required float nurse orientation/competencies and ECT Competency Checklist.
