Basic Function:
Provides a range of services to agency clients under the direct supervision of the Family Stabilization Supervisor.
Provides family stabilization support services to at-risk youth in consultation with family stabilization supervisor.
Is responsible for providing intake and case management services for adolescents and children with moderate mental illness or dually diagnosed.
Uses intensive outreach strategies to engage clients in services.
Coordinates and links participants with needed services and community resources.
Provides leadership to the Mentoring Program and is the chief liaison to the schools for this program.
