Job Function:
This position reports directly to the F&B Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the entire F&B Department. Responsibilities will include serving, food prep, kitchen operations. You will also assist in coordinating food service activities and catering functions for golf outings and events.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) to two (2) years related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The individual must have exceptional guest service skills, be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational, training, interpersonal, personnel, budgetary and financial skills required. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Must be dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule and have the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner. Must be able to operate a point-of-sale system and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be able to write and translate numbers clearly and accurately and read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently.
