Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. MUST have reliable transportation. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our residences. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth and development. Weekly Pay!

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, gutter repair, carpentry, door installs, and drywall repairs (residential, mostly HOA communities.)
- Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment, fixtures, occasional concrete repair.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members (office manager and general contractor) to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies (will be provided)
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times, keep work area clean/tidy upon completion of work day. Dispose of trash and work waste generated.

-Painting, Drywall, Gutter and roofing experience a PLUS!

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $170.00 - $250.00 per day
