Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our establishment.
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and oversee staff performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinate catering events and ensure they run smoothly
- Supervise food production and maintain quality standards
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Handle cash transactions and utilize POS systems effectively
- Support bartending activities when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
- Proficiency in Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team-building skills
