```Duties```
- Plan and lead engaging activities for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Implement age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities
- Provide supervision and ensure the well-being of children at all times
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized activity area
- Follow established procedures for behavior management and discipline
- Assist with snack and meal times as needed

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related field
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Experience in sports coaching, theater, or other creative activities is a plus
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with children and parents
- Ability to work well in a team environment
