Are you a talented RI licensed attorney with at least three years of litigation experience? Are you looking for a firm that will appreciate you? And where you will find meaningful work? If so, our firm has a rare opening available.

You have experience and a passion for putting together case, through discovery, working with expert witnesses, depositions, and trial advocacy. You are interested in having your own caseload and opportunities to be rewarded for your victories. We work on commission (no billable hours) with a six-figure base salary and a team of support staff to help you work smarter, not harder. We offer additional incentives for jury verdicts and case generation.

Trial Attorney Objectives

• Efficiently strategize and execute on all phases of trial advocacy to win cases for your clients.
• Continue to sharpen your deposition and trial advocacy skills using our system and resources in our team setting.
• Continued support and advancement towards growing your practice and trial experience.
