Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary: The Inventory Receiving Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining all aspects of inventory management in compliance with NJ State Regulations. This person will support the inventory manager with back of house inventory management through the execution of a variety of digital and physical daily tasks, which are vital to tracking the movement of cannabis and non-cannabis products. The successful candidate will be cross trained in all digital and physical inventory tasks to ensure the most accurate and efficient tracking and storage of products in accordance with the rules and regulations of the New Jersey medical marijuana program. The successful candidate will possess a passion for numbers and organization, demonstrates ability to work independently, has strong attention to detail in managing inventory data, and has a willingness to continually learn more about the processes of a cannabis cultivation facility.

Attends bi-weekly meetings with all inventory staff – prepare and present situational updates on processes, timelines, goals and report any issues or concerns
Basic Qualifications:
Education
? High school diploma or GED equivalent - Required
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related field - Preferred
Work Experience
? Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional projects or challenges - Required
? Minimum 1 years of experience in inventory, warehousing, data entry, accounting or related field - Required
? Minimum 1 years of experience with Inventory Platform or related tracking system - Required
