About the Role (job title and summary):

The Logistics Associate will handle a broad range of logistics duties, which are vital to the organization including
assisting in order fulfillment planning and shipment of adult use & medical marijuana products from our facility to our inhouse dispensaries and wholesale customers across New Jersey and assisting with the receipt, handling and storage of
dedicated team supplies and materials.

Partners with the Other L&T Associates/Order Fulfillment Technicians to confidentially facilitate on
time, safe and compliant transport of medical marijuana products from our facility to operational
dispensaries across the state. To include both driving the company’s delivery vehicle and riding as a
passenger.

• Assists the Distribution Manager in ensuring that all delivery routes and manifests are accurate and
  sent NJ CRC (per the regulations).
• Ensures accurate labeling of product, notating tamper seals, expiration dates, and SKU’s at time of delivery,
  indicating any issues immediately.
• Assists with the loading of adult use and medical marijuana products into company owned transport
  vehicle on transport days.
• Collaborates with Distribution Manager, Security, and Compliance to ensure that returns/overages are
  accounted for and rectified in accordance with CRC regulations.
• Assists wholesale team with outgoing orders including conversion of product within relevant Seed-to-Sale
  and POS systems, inspection of product prior to packing, and organization of outgoing deliveries
• Oversees and processes the physical receipt, handling, shipping and storage of supplies and materials for
  the satellite locations. Ensures that the supplies and materials received correspond exactly with
  documented orders / packing slips. Assists with the organization of supplies and materials on-site.
• Creates compliant labels for in-house and wholesale products within relevant POS systems. Ensure labels
  are accurate and complete prior to distribution to fulfillment team.
• Organizes packaged product to ensure product is stored in a logical fashion
• Coordinates with Processing and Manufacturing team for in-take of final products for sale
• Works with Inventory team to perform regular counts and audits on final products
• Responsible for the transporting of materials using the company vehicle; routine maintenance checks
  performed in compliance with travel logs and transport SOPs

Administrative Duties:

• Partners with the Distribution Manager to provide input for SOPs relating to order fulfillment logistics,
  transport, receiving and storage.
• Works closely with the Compliance team to ensure that all logistics and transport regulations are consistently
  met.
• Assists in producing weekly/monthly/annual reports.
• Ensures accuracy in all aspects of METRC, Dutchie, and Leaf Trade data entry.
• Assists in data entry for the sales order and fulfillment processes.
• Corresponds with vendors and places orders for supplies and materials according to the PWPA
  order/requisition process, as necessary.
• Provides supporting documentation of invoices and requisitions for budget and audit purposes.
• Partners with the Wholesale Team to facilitate accurate processing of customer payments, credits and returns.
• Provides all required documentation and records to the Acreage Accounting team.
• Maintains all documentation and accurate historical records.
• Maintains confidentiality of Acreage CCF New Jersey information.
• Conducts duties in accordance with all Acreage CCF NJ policy and CRC Regulations
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Distribution Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

• Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional projects or challenges
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, warehousing, data entry, accounting or related field
• Clear driving record
