The Annette Booth Agency is in the top 10% of Allstate agencies in the country. We are 9 employees strong and growing fast! We've leaned in to the modern world, and are a fully-remote company.

That means now, and forever. AKA - We won't be asking you to come back to the office in a year or two! With a team of hungry sales professionals and a drive to exceed our goals every day, we exist to change the insurance world for the better.

This team is managed by our Sales Manager : Nick Wilson.

Nick is looking for sales professionals who :

Benefits you can expect from us :

Great compensation! $45k starting salary with monthly commissions ranging from $1,500 to $5,000.

Monthly medical bonus $200

Monthly cell phone stipend $50

Regular Schedule Monday through Friday - 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm PST

Vacation We start everyone with 9 days with more days added with tenure.

We invest in you with insurance sales education and training.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of a Remote Inside Sales Representative :

Manage and organize a sales pipeline

Make outbound calls to provided qualified, warm leads

Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk

Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer

Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client

Here is what a typical day looks like :

Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads.

Accept Live Transfers from lead source with prospects ready to talk!

Share the value of being properly protected by your insurance policy.

Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong.

Engage in daily practice and drills to improve your skills.

Make a difference in people's lives by protecting their everyday risk!

Learn every day and practice with your team.
