Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between artists, performers, and clients to negotiate and secure bookings
- Research and identify potential talent for representation
- Develop and maintain relationships with artists, agencies, and event organizers
- Coordinate logistics for performances, including travel arrangements and accommodations
- Negotiate contracts and fees on behalf of clients
- Manage artist schedules and ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote artists through social media marketing and other promotional efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for talent acquisition

Experience:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or booking agency management preferred
- Strong recruiting skills to identify and attract talented artists
- Knowledge of talent management principles and practices
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts for clients
- Proficient in social media marketing strategies to promote artists effectively
- Familiarity with sales techniques to pitch and sell artist services to potential clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
