The Bomb Bar in West Ashley is searching for an energetic manager to lead our vibrant team in the lively world of smoothie creation!

The Bomb Bar is a Blender Bomb experiential smoothie bar. Our mission is to nutritionally enhance the lives of our guests while also providing world-class hospitality. The Bomb Bar is a leader in whole food, meal replacement smoothies that are tailored to individual tastes and dietary goals.

The Bomb Bar Manager will be charged with creating a highly productive environment focused on building a motivated team, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience, and balancing other store priorities, focusing on strategic, operational, and leadership excellence. A strong Manager will show curiosity about the business, demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges, and lift the team by developing additional skills to assist and support our purpose.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout each visit.
• Enthusiastically hire, fire, review, reward and recognize based on our Core Values
• Use operational tools such as profit and loss statements, cash and deposit logs, scheduling, and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store.
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with The Bomb Bar vision and Core Values.
• Ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with brand standards.
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring the team to meet operational standards.
• Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including community outreach through marketing and special events.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of service-based business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes.
• ServSafe Manager Certification.

The Bomb Bar is a Blender Bomb Experience Store that also serves coffee and plant-forward healthy eats. The first store opened in Mount Pleasant, SC in 2018 under the name Hustle Smoothie Bar. We offer Blender Bomb smoothies, grab & go snacks, a variety of coffees, and various toast options.
