The Assistant Project Manager – Corporate Interiors Division will oversee phases of the construction project as directed by the Project Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Position every project for Owner and Bobbitt success.
Assist in creating and managing project budget
Assist in conducting project meetings
Establish job processes including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders
Update project schedule; ensure project quality control and establish overall project logistics
Assist in managing the closeout process
Work with the project superintendent throughout the project.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have a valid driver’s license
30-hours OSHA
Safety certifications as required.
Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, plans and the ability and understand to update as needed.
Understanding legal requirements relating to construction and building sites and quality building practices.
Ability to quickly identify problems and help facilitate resolutions
Ability to communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications
High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree or associates degree preferred. Work experience is acceptable.
2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
Previous experience on commercial job sites strongly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
